Every space within The Green at Plum Creek is designed to make everyday living both effortless and elevated. 

Yes. Residents enjoy open parking on a first-come, first-served basis. For added convenience, carports are available for $50 per month, detached garages for $150 per month, and attached garages for $175 per month. Electric vehicle charging stations are located throughout The Green at Plum Creek for easy access. 

While apartments are not furnished, corporate furnished homes are available. For those wishing to customize their space, our team can also recommend trusted local furnishing companies to help you design a home that reflects your personal style. 

Yes. The Green at Plum Creek offers flexible lease terms to fit your lifestyle. Short-term leases are available for an additional monthly premium depending on the length of the term — from 4 to 15 months. For a complete breakdown of lease term pricing, please contact our leasing office directly. 

Yes. Every apartment home includes an in-unit washer and dryer, providing the comfort and convenience of doing laundry at home without the need for shared facilities or extra costs. 

Your rent covers your apartment home and access to community amenities. Utilities and certain amenity fees are billed separately. For more details, please visit our Community Fees page. 

Yes. Our fully equipped fitness center includes state-of-the-art cardio machines, strength-training equipment, and a dedicated yoga studio. Whether you prefer high-intensity workouts or quiet stretching sessions, the space is designed to complement your wellness routine. 

Currently, Spectrum provides high-speed internet and cable service throughout the community, ensuring seamless streaming, work, and connectivity. Additional providers will be available soon to offer more options for residents. 

Yes. Utilities and amenity fees are billed separately from rent. Pest control and valet trash are among the required fees, while pet rent, carports, and garages are optional. For a complete breakdown of all applicable fees, please contact our leasing team or visit our Community Fees page. 

Rent payments can be made quickly and securely through the online resident portal. Accepted payment methods include ACH bank transfers, credit cards, and debit cards. Residents can also set up automatic monthly payments for added convenience and peace of mind. 

While Kyle is a car-friendly area, residents can take advantage of local rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft. The City of Kyle also offers $3 ride vouchers through the official city app, making it easy to get around town affordably. 

The community is zoned to the highly rated Hays Consolidated Independent School District, including Laura B. Negley Elementary, R.C. Barton Middle, and Jack C. Hays High School. Families are encouraged to confirm current zoning with Hays CISD directly.

Our location offers easy access to both small-town charm and big-city convenience — just seven minutes from downtown Kyle and 35 minutes from downtown Austin. It’s an ideal blend of tranquility and accessibility. 

Yes. We’re conveniently located near the Amazon distribution center, Tesla warehouse, and Austin Community College (ACC). The community is also adjacent to La Verde Park and the Plum Creek Golf Course, offering scenic and recreational opportunities right next door. 

Yes! The Green at Plum Creek proudly welcomes pets and provides a range of amenities to keep them happy and active. Our on-site dog park and pet wash station make caring for your furry friend simple and enjoyable. In addition to our on-site dog park, The Green at Plum Creek is surrounded by walking trails and open spaces that are perfect for pets and their owners to explore together. 

Certain breeds are restricted, including Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dalmatian, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Shar-Pei, St. Bernard, and Wolf Hybrid. There are no specific weight restrictions. 

Residents may have up to two pets per home. There is a $300 one-time pet fee and a $200 refundable pet deposit per pet, along with a $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Please contact our team or visit our Community Fees page for full details. 

Yes. The Green at Plum Creek welcomes service animals with proper documentation, in full compliance with Fair Housing and ADA guidelines.
