This is a beautiful community. The staff are more than helpful, and the residents are so friendly. It's like living full time at a Resort.

Excellent staff / very friendly and very nice apartment. Excellent location next to golf course and restaurants (all within walking distance). Very nice community with lots of amenities. Pool is heated and very nice.

Friendly staff willing to help you. Nice & clean apartment community with lots of wonderful amenities. Balconies are spacious with big storage closet. Apartment has tall ceilings with sleek looking kitchen.

From my first visit to signing the lease and moving in everything was top notch. If you're a golfer you'll love the entry gate into Plum Creek Golf Course. No other community has this! In addition to that you get a free pass for a round of golf as one of the perks of living at the Green. The staff at the leasing office are great to work with. I love the community, the cleanliness, the sense of pride management has for the entire complex. If you're looking for a place to call home look no further

Loving my time here at The Green. The proximity to the Plum Creek Golf Course is my favorite perk along with the free monthly pass for a round of golf. The access gate to the club house is very convenient. The apartment complex is well maintained and I see that the staff and maintenance crew take pride in the property. Love it here.

I have been a resident at The Green at Plum Creek in Kyle, Texas since January 2020. Everyone who is employed at The Green at Plum Creek, working on our behalf, are incredible people. Maintenance is incredibly responsive, amenities galore including a 24/7 Starbucks Coffee machine on site, beautiful Pool and Clubhouse, Community Events for residents at least 1-2 times per month. #1 Place to be on the 4th of July for Fireworks, Catered BBQ and so much more! Love living here and you will too.

Just renewed my lease here at The Green! Not out of necessity but because there’s no other place I’d like to call home. From the moment I toured, signed my first lease up until now it’s been amazing! Front office staff, maintenance, etc are fantastic. You won’t regret calling this place home too.

We moved to Kyle from Hilton Head Island, SC last year and love living at the Green at Plum Creek! The professional and super friendly leasing and maintenance staff truly make my husband, pup and I feel like family. They are all very quick to respond to residents’s needs and go the extra distance on a daily basis. The monthly activities are so much fun and a great way to meet your neighbors. The grounds are immaculate and you continuously see the work that is put into the property.

What stood out was how they consistently went above and beyond — answering calls and texts after hours, coordinating last-minute viewings, and even helping me understand the lease details in plain language. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Coming all the way from Pennsylvania and to come across this place I feel blessed and welcome. Five stars all the way!

The Green at Plum Creek is quiet, clean, and friendly. The Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond. My Yorkie loves the dog park and that walks on the grounds. The Green is close to shopping and restaurants, while still feeling remote and peaceful.

The Green is an amazing place to live. We have lived in a few different complexes and this has been my favorite by far. The maintenance team is great and fast. The events are fun. Location is the best especially walking next door for food, coffee, ice cream, vet. Overall it is just a beautiful place.
